Provell is a privately held membership company. The Provell Company was founded in the year of 1986 as Damark Internetional Inc. At the present time the headquarters of the company is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A year after its establishment, in 1987, the Powell Company managed to introduce its first customer-designed discount shopping program. The program is known as the Preferred Buyers’ Club. Among the key services offered by the company are the development, marketing and management of a wide range of portfolios of marketing programs.
